I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with over 17 years of Mental Health experience I am trained to support you in coping and dealing with the stressors related to life’s demand and relationship difficulties. My area of work includes depression, anxiety, PTSD/trauma, adjustment difficulties, military transitions, families stress and conflict resolutions.
